I recently remodeled my house including installing hardwood floors that come prefinished. While applying polyurethane to some trim I dripped some on the floor and did not realize it until it had dried. How do I repair this mishap and return my floors to the was they were?

What about elastomeric paint on block.

I was told that a house needs to breath to eliminate moisture (mold). Will elastomeric paint allow this to happen or will it keep the moisture from exiting the building and trap it inside.

I have an old standing seam roof with small holes in it on an early 1800’s house. I wanted to apply an elastomeric paint to seal the roof and then apply Benjamin Moore Ironclad over the elastomeric. Can I paint an oil based paint over elastomeric? I need the roof

We are taking bids on an exterior painting job in Vancouver, WA. We are going into a wet Fall season with temps in the 50’s and intermittent rain predicted for the the foreseeable future. Advisable to wait until spring or OK to do now? Thanks
