How much could you charge for spindle painting? Hourly or by the spindle?

THE BATHROOM IS ABOUT 5 FEET BY 4 FEET. HOW CAN I MAKE IT APPEAR LARGER?

We have a kitchen/family room; our walls are a mint green and our cabinets are cream. Should our crown molding match the cabinets or wall? Or should we have one color for the wall and one to match the cabinets?
