Marks from the roller on my painted cabinets

I sanded and primed my kitchen cabinets with Kilz. I then painted them red with semi-gloss paint and a roller. I put 3 coats of paint on them. When they dried, there is a texture on them from the roller. I wanted it to be smooth. Is there any way

Stain a painted deck?

My painted deck is peeling badly. How can it be refinished? It was painted with SW Amourseal-acrylic. Only the floor is painted. The deck is made of CVC pressure treated lumber. The side rails are stained with solid color stain. I would prefer to have the floor a solid stain
