We recently purchased an older home with a large bricked fireplace. The brick is in excellent condition, but it has been sealed. Is there a way to paint the brick without a ton of work in doing some sort of strip on the brick?

9″ 3/8 roller. After first coat, nap marks, roller marks, etc. Tried to correct, but only got worse. What’s the best way to smooth out walls with second coat?
