Blistering Sticky Latex Paint

My ceiling was recently painted and a couple of weeks later we installed an automatic insect sprayer. It has made the ceiling paint blister and sticky. How do I repair this? I scraped off as much as I could but it’s still sticky. Thank you

Matching brick to other house colors?

We have chocolate brown siding with a white roof and white trimmed windows. We are replacing our exterior chimney and would like to know what color would be best. We also have green shutters and front door. We’re leaning towards white or a variegated gray, red, brown. Red’s not out

Wallpaper removed, heavily patched.

We moved into a house built in the late 70’s that had all of the original wallpaper. In one bathroom, the wallpaper was exceedingly more difficult to remove, so a great deal of spackling and sanding were required. I am concerned about painting this room as I do not want
