I want to paint a 1200 sq ft house all inside walls ceiling stair way etc. He is buying all supplies, it’s a brand new home still under construction, and stain doors and trim. That’s all I got to do. What should I charge?

Pine Walls

I have a clear coated pine tongue and grove wall that a painting has hung on for ten years. When painting was removed, the pine behind it has not aged in colour like rest of wall. What are the options to make wall uniform other than sanding?

I am assuming my doors and closet trim was originally painted with oil base.. and then a semi gloss enamel painted over it…I can peel the semi gloss off few years later. Question, can I just sand and repaint with semi gloss..or should I paint a primer over the oil
