Painted water based kitlz over 2 areas on ceiling…repainted with Valspar ceiling paint x 2 coats…both area painted with kiltz are visibly darker with drying for 24 hrs. Do I need to prime areas with another primer?

Removal of brown varnish?

Our fire surround has been painted with too strong a colour and want it to look like a pale pine colour. Can I strip it easily? And should fit be stained- or just polished?

Bleach

After cleaning kitchen cabinets w/ bleach, the bleach solution ran behind cabinets and left streaks over painted walls that are lighter than original color. How do I fix this? Thanks.
