Adding Molding to Dated Cabinets

share

Our cabinets were UGLY but it was too expensive to replace them. There were three vertical grooves in each door which I filled with a wood fill product. I then added molding around the perimeter of each door – mitering each corner. I like how the drawers came out the best. I sanded it and primed and painted. The cost was minimal – less than $100. I painted the tile backsplash and used a white paint pen for the grout. My 60’s retro (not a good retro mind you) has been updated and looks great.
