Why should I use a ceiling paint after using a primer? Can it be left “as is” without consequences? Thanks

  1. Primers need a finish coat to resist wear, weather-climate changes, for washability etc… and to keep them from flaking or chalking off over time… not to mention a finish coat will "Look" 1 million times better … use either a flat, or semi gloss sheen…
