It is time to repaint. We have a stucco like finish with only one small visible crack. However, we did replace a door due to termites. Should we have the whole house inspected for moisture before painting with elastomeric. House is in high humidity area.

Yes, inspection for moisture and insects is a good idea. Being a thick coating elastomeric paint, like all paints, can trap moisture inside walls. A full inspection now could find problem areas that need repair before going through the expense of a good paint job.
