I sprayed on a deck sealer last fall late in the season. It dried okay but has left a greasy, waxy film on the deck. Can you tell me what it is and how I can get rid of it?

Most likely the film is the sealer itself, after it froze or was damaged by bad weather. Just a guess. I would need to know what sealer you used and the type of weather before, during and after application.
To get rid of the film will take a hose, water, and some deck stripper/cleaner and a stiff broom. This should get rid of the film and get the deck into good condition for resealing.
