I painted my ceiling and came back the next morning and the paint had all dripped onto the floor off the ceiling in one large spot. I dried it and painted again and put a fan to dry it and now that spot continues to get wet even after the paint was dried. What happened?

Sound like you have a water leak. Maybe from the roof, backed up gutter or from a room above the ceiling. Check those out and see if there is a leak somewhere.
