I sanded the outdoor deck and was going to put a primer on it but it rained overnight. How long do I wait for the raw wood to dry? Do I sand it again before priming?

1-2 days of dry time should be enough. This assumes good temperatures. If your deck is in the sun for most of the day just a few hours is needed. You can test the deck wood with a moisture meter, their fairly inexpensive. If the wood is under 12% moisture your good to go.
