Covering up stencil?

share

We are going to paint our bathroom and there is a brushed in paint stenciling around the top of the wall. Can I just paint over the stenciling with a quality paint with primer in it? Or will I need to do something else?

  1. Using Paint/Primer Products is not advisable… always use a separate Primer… for the Bath, use a Pigmented Shellac Sealer Primer and cover the ENTIRE Bath… then finish coat using Sherwin Williams Classic-99 Semi…

  2. In addition to my earlier advice… you may want to review my web page on <a rel="nofollow" href="//davmagic.com/paint/PAGES48.html" target="_blank"> Painting Baths</a>
