A few years ago, I redecorated my room and when I was painting, I realized that the wall behind my head had big dark patches. The paint covered them but now, 2 years later, they are back in force, and as the head of my bed was put in a different position, there are patches there too. My head doesn’t actually touch the wall, but I’m guessing it’s because of my head, anyone know exactly? And is there a way to fix it? I have noticed turquoise coming through on the walls, and it’s ten years since my walls were last turquoise. Obviously I need to get a headboard, but anything else?

Just get a head board!
Might need to repaint the room. This time use a good stain sealing primer first then apply the paint.
If you don't want to repaint then spot prime the dark patches and touch-up. Use a shellack primer for spot priming.
