My husband accidentally used OSI VOC Quad Sealant for exterior use in our basement. Is this that harmful? I am very concerned my husband did not read the label. It is on one area.

Not harmful. Actually this is a very good sealant, overkill for most interior uses, but shouldn't cause any problems.
