I need a good color for a sunlit room that holds lots of traditional landscape art. Yellow whites seem strange under art and cold colors kill the sunlight. Any ideas?

  1. Well, I was actually going to recommend using a yellow because pale yellow seems to brighten up when the sun is exposing it. If you do not wish to go with these colors, I recommend using a vibrant pink color. It will look fantastic in your room. Also, another color that will work well is a teal or aqua color. That will make your art stand out.

  2. I am picturing an eggshell white, it would play well with the sunlight and it should look great with the artwork. I might be worried about mixing too much light with artwork though as it can fade the colors.
