In the last couple of years wall decals have become a rather popular trend, and a hot topic among younger decorators, especially. One reason for this is the fact that wall decals are removable – making them ideal for apartment owners or renters who can’t paint their walls! Obviously, wall decals also have a level of detail that is beyond all but the most artistic and patient home improvers, and come with designs from big brands, (sports teams, Disney, movie franchises, etc.).

Sites like Blik or RoomMates have more youth-oriented designs, but also a number of kitchen and general-decoration decals. RoomMates also has some large wall murals that can fill out a child’s room with their favorite characters. I, for one, know my nephew loves his Elmo wall decal! This is just a non-paint related design idea, and hopefully someone likes it!
