Will this acrylic plus primer paint peel over the already oil base painted trim?
Off white brick & stucco home. What color can I use, I like medium/blue, to paint shutters, large wood 2nd floor deck and front door. I am lost wondering which elements to consider. Insider trim! Oh, this home is on an ocean block.
I am applying primer to a stippled ceiling in my back landing/stairway. I do not think it has ever been painted before (hence the primer). It is peeling off in some areas…why? and will another coat help this?
As I had previously made a mistake by painting the ceiling with an oil base paint, then I painted the rest with normal latex paint. Over a length of time the oil base started to form into blobs. I had to remove by sanding and then repaint the ceiling. The
