New Paint Problem

How can I fix this. I painted my new drywall with Valspar semi gloss Paint-N-Primer and I can see all the spots that I covered the screws with. How can I fix this problem?

Paint or Stain For A Fiberglass Door

I am having a fiberglass door put on my exterior front door. The builder has asked me if I want it painted or stained. The door gets extreme sun and rain at times. Which would hold up better under these extreme conditions?

When painting with flat paint, how come it dries like I have used multiple finishes?

I am painting with a dark burnt copper color, flat, using very high quality paint. I am on the third coat because it dries and leaves the appearance that the walls are multiple finishes. Very blotchy, what’s wrong?
