PAINT CEILING OR NOT

I HAVE A SMALL BATHROOM 55″ X 115″-I’M GOING TO PAINT LIME GREEN. DO YOU SUGGEST PAINTING THE CEILING TOO OR LEAVING IT WHITE? THANKS

I have old wood floors. I caulked with latex caulking and painted with latex paint. It has now been 2 months and the caulked area is sticky. In the area where the caulk was applied it picks up dirt/dust and is sticky rest of floor is okay. Should I Varathane
