I want to paint and glaze my dirty white wood cabinets. I love the cream colored look with the glaze in the corners and as a darkening top coat. I have a hplv sprayer that I can use. What type of paint should I use, oil or water based for best adhesion and finish?

Oil….
Oil base paint will much easier to use and will be harder than the alternative. Also, oil base thins and sprays better than acrylic.
