Can you use a flat paint over a semi-gloss for a bedroom ceiling?

  1. Yes, infact flat is recommended for most bedroom ceilings… but to get it to cover properly without showing any “peeking” of the semi sheen, you should double roll it, that is wait about 15 min after you roll it then roll another coat on… always rolling SLOWLY…
