Cracks in paint.
Kitchen and dining room have cracks in paint and have peeled away from walls and ceiling. Pretty sure it’s not from moisture. What is the cause and how do I fix it to repaint?

Hi, I just hired someone to paint a bedroom. It is a room with high humidity located under an unfinished attic. The plaster walls are fine but the plaster ceiling started bubbling and peeling immediately. I know he plastered and primed prior to painting. He thinks adding additional insulation above

Had walls and ceiling textured, primed both, week after they were done, two weeks later painted ceiling with ceiling paint, and it has peeled off the new texture. What do I do, and why would this happen?

We have cleaned the walls and then primed. Had to sand and then mud. We then cleaned and primed with bubbles coming out again. At wits end here- what to do?
We first painted and it bubbled we then sanded and mudded over the bigger spots. I then washed with vinegar and dawn dish soap and rinsed the wall. We primed and we have bubbles again. What to do? At wits end.
