What you guys estimate if you need to paint interior commercial floors about 10000s/f and some wall about 100ft long by 14 ft high….
Both, the floors and the walls were previously painted and material should be excluded in this bid?!

Depends on the prep needed but here's an idea; labor only with minimal prep (wash the floor) – 5 days for 2 men at $200 per day/per man = $2000
