What is the general rule for temperatures when applying elastomeric paint on the exterior stucco walls.

  1. Generally, 50 degrees Fahrenheit as the low temp and 95 degrees Fahrenheit as the high temp. In high temperatures the stucco should be misted with water to slow down the drying.

  2. Elastomeric Paint is best applied at temp. above 50F to 85F . At 50F to 70F applying in direct sunlight would be fine…However at warmer Temperatures it is best applied when that side of your project is in the shade.
