Should I be concerned that using elastomeric paint on the exterior of my house may result in more mold inside the house because the paint does not allow moisture to move out of the walls?

Elastomeric paint is a great finish paint for most buildings because it has a predictable water vapor permeance, it allows water vapor to escape at a predictable rate. This rate is better than standard acrylic paints. Because of this, it is a better choice than standard 100% acrylic house paints.
