Hi there!!! I opened a painting business not to long ago, and I been doing only residential work. Last week I got offered to paint condos. How should I estimate 1 and 2 bedroom condos so I don’t loose money and that I can pay my workers but also that I don’t over priced these people so I get this job. I am not sure yet if these are new or old condos. Thanks for your support all..

If the condos are repaints then it is no different from other jobs that you have done. Figure time, materials, misc items and profit; just like any other job.
If they are new then you will have to do a take off of the prints and bid according to your local pricing.
