We had some water stains in one corner of white flat paint ceiling and my son used exterior semi-gloss enamel to paint over just that corner! Now what do I do? Can I repaint with ceiling flat and will it cover and give a uniform finish to match the rest of the ceiling?! Help!

Simply touch-up your ceiling with the original paint. If you don't have any ceiling paint you can try some new that is the same manufacture (brand) and color.
It is possible after touching up the new paint will show up as a noticeable spot. In this case the entire ceiling will need repainting.
