We accidentally used exterior mildew resistant water based paint on the ceiling of our bathroom. Is this okay? We had a window open the whole time. But it was smelly. This bathroom is in our bedroom.

This is OK. The exterior paint is a little smelly as you found out, but it won't hurt anything. If possible allow increased ventilation for a few more days, this will help. If want to repaint then simply paint over with a low or no voc interior paint.
