Red brick front, gray shingle roof, brown windows and storm doors. Has stained clapboard siding. What color stain on the clapboards and trim would look good with this combination?

Given that you have red and brown, you should have another warm color. Stick to a shade of red or brown. Certain colors of orange may even look good. In my opinion though, I would go with a brown color.
Chocolate brown would look good.
