Fiberglass door mystery.

The bottom half of my fiberglass door turns white and damp in the winter and is weather protected. Why?

  1. The condition you describe is known as "Blushing". This can occur if moisture permeates the finish. The result is a milky appearance. Does the normal appearance return after the weather warms up?

  2. I would like to thank RS TURNER for answering, but after the door is wiped and dries it does turn milky again. thanks again
