Fiberglass door is stained with honey maple gel stain – 9 years ago. The sun has bleached it & speckling has occurred.
After lightly sanding, more speckling has developed. What is the best procedure to bring the door back to its original beauty.

The best procedure is the strip off the old stain and varnish, clean the door really good then restain and apply a finish.
With more info I might be able to give another option. Is your door embossed, has a wood grained texture? What is the speckling? Some pictures might help.
