How do I paint over red paint on grey painted concrete wall?

Red paint is splattered on a concrete wall in the basement. How do I paint over it?

  1. The painted concrete wall can be touched-up as long as you have the original paint. If not, plan on repainting with a new paint that matches the original. You can paint only the affected wall(s), from corner too corner, if the match is very close.
