How Often do I paint?

I live in a Condo Assoc where we repaint the units every 6 years. The Board wants to paint every 3 years and raise the monthly assessment. Our paint jobs DO NOT
look bad. What is usual?

This sounds like a "political question" … if the surfaces "look" OK… and simply washing them every year is not enough… then paint them! A "good paint job" either interior or exterior, using *high grade paint*… should last at least 6 years… maybe even 10!
