I have read several tips on bidding interior paint jobs using price per square foot, but are these floor square foot measurements or actual board foot measurements? This would lead to vastly different estimates and clarification would be helpful. A 10×10 room with 8 foot walls is 100 sq.ft. of floor space but the board footage would be 320 sq.ft. I would just like to know which is being used. This being said I would like to know if there is any feedback of rates in the South Carolina area?
