KILZ PRIMER

MY HOME WAS PAINTED WITH KILZ PRIMER. NOW, WHEN WE USE THE SHOWER, A PINKISH PRECIPITATION APPEARS ON THE WALLS AND CEILINGS. IS THIS COMMON? WHAT CAN WE DO ABOUT THIS? THANKS.

  1. No, this is NOT common… the primer or most likely the topcoat was not applied correctly or else low grade products were used…
    Now you need to REPAINT the entire room, using high grade products and following good application technique…

    Use a Pigmented Shellac Sealer Primer… and use Either Sherwin Williams or Behr final coat, semi gloss paint…
