Living Room Paint

share

I am looking for a color for my living room. I have dark green leather furniture and medium oak trim, end tables, etc. My carpet is neutral Berber with a little dark green in it. I have always just had neutral beige on the walls.

  1. I think the palest of greens would make a nice wall color for you, or perhaps an eggshell color. You could use maroon or burgundy for any kind of trim work you have. I believe the eggshell (or perhaps ecru) would look best.

  2. What's wrong with natural beige? If you really want some contrast you could paint one wall a dark red (perhaps maroon), leaving the other walls beige or perhaps more grey. All walls dark red/maroon might be TOO dark so a lighter red (or perhaps darker brown than neutral beige). Would be great for the upcoming holiday season at least! 😉 You could also try a different texture, like faux, instead of a different color. Good luck!
