I stained my fence a red mahogany 225 color using Minwax stain. When I was done & throwing away the cans I noticed it said “interior use only”. Will this affect the stain on the fence in the future? Especially wear and tear?

The stain will burn off from exposure to the sun and wash off from rain and/or snow. This stain is designed to be protected with a clear coat; varnish, polyurethane, etc. At this point just let the stain weather until it is either gone or turns powdery, then wash off with a pressure washer and restain with a good semi-transparent exterior wood stain.
