I have a new replacement fiberglass (Pella) front door. I am painting it prior to installation. I have primed it with Kilz Original (interior) by mistake. Obviously the inward side of the door will be OK, but am I screwed on the outside. I planed on putting two to three coats of a quality (haven’t bought it yet) topcoat on the exterior.
Will the exterior topcoat be OK with the interior primer underneath it?

This should be OK. Fiberglass doors are very stable overall so you shouldn't anticipate any major problems. Just make sure to use a good exterior paint.
