I HAVE ALL OAK TRIM: WANT TO PUT NEW BIG BASEBOARDS IN DINING ROOM AND PAINT CREME OR WHITE… CAN I LEAVE THE OAK TRIM AROUND THE WINDOWS OR SHOULD I PAINT THEM TO MATCH BASEBOARDS?

This is a matter of choice or what will look good to you. It is OK to leave the trim around the windows alone. Add the new baseboard, paint it and see if this looks OK to you. If not, only then paint the window trim.
