Overall yellowing will happen to pine as part of its aging process. One way to slow this down is to use a waterbased acrylic clear coat instead of oil based sealers. If the sealer has a amber color when in the can then it will add this to the wood. Clear acrylics have no amber color, they are water clear when dry.
