Help me out please. I have a job to bid. I have already done this mans house and he called me to do a new office building. I do houses all the time but not commercial. Its not a big building but i just don’t want to short myself.

It’s 820 square ft. New sheetrock, ceilings and walls and new un-primed trim. Its 2 small rooms, a conference room, lobby and hallway. Let me know what you think.
