I have a pre-painted steel door. A few years back I used Titanium Oxide paint to cover some blemishes and few rust spots. It worked great. The door was installed factory painted.
I notice the paint is a bit dull now and some minor rust spots are appearing again. Paint is white.
I have checked at many paint stores about the Titanium Oxide paint for exterior steel doors. No luck! They all are suggesting I use Tremclad anti rust paint.
Will this work? Where can one find the Titanium Oxide paint in Montreal and South Shore?

The term Titanium Oxide refers to the white pigment found in paint, and all other items that are white. It makes things white. A possibility is that the original paint you used had extra titanium added for better coverage. The Rust-Oleum Tremclan is a good anti rust paint and will work great for your door.
Make sure to clean and sand the door prior to painting. Sand a little more on the rusted areas for the best performance.
