1. Well if your tiles are a sea foam green, you want to pick a darker color or shade that is consistent with your floors. It needs to be in the same color family though because if it is not, it will look a bit strange. Pick a darker variant of the sea green family. Make sure it is at least 2-3 shades darker than your tile color. That will work the best in my opinion.

2. I would paint the walls either a dark green or a pale green. The dark color would give some contrast to the room. If you wanted to be safe, white would be the choice. A pale blue color would also work.
