Several ways to do this… Use an Air Brush… which is a hand held air pressure tool that is commonly used for sign painting etc.

Or just mark the lines beforehand with lead pencil or other markers, then Cut in using standard Brushing and Cutting Technique…

Or as a last resort use masking tape…
