Pin holes after paint is dried?

share

The interior of the house was painted with Kwal paint. Within a day or so pin holes started to show all throughout the walls. The painter threw on orange peal texture once more and painted the walls again, the pin holes are back. What could the problem be?

One Response

  1. Could be a reaction with the new raw texture. This normally happens when drywall bud isn't primed. Have a coat of primer applied then repaint.

If the pin holes are in the texture then priming before texturing would have taken care of it. Small pin holes should be filled by the primer and paint when rolled.
