Scrape to a firm edge any peeling paint, then wash the floor using a degreaser mix and water, then paint it, color of choice, with a porch and deck enamel (acrylic) using a high grade brand like Sherwin Williams… then WAIT 2 weeks for it to CURE properly before driving any warm or hot rubber tires over it!
