Learn how to roll properly and use the right skin (roller cover)… now you need to sand off all those roller marks with a block sander using coarse grade paper…
Flat paint is the hardest to roll, most of the time. The trick is to use a quality roller cover, cheap covers cause many problems, and properly apply and work the paint. If the paint is a bit too thick or sticky you can add a little water.
