Solid Brown Stain

I am thinking of staining our cedar house solid brown. Would black garage doors and trim match?

NO. Keep in mind that example a. dark color background light color trim. b. dark trim light background. Colors need to be opposites otherwise they will clash.

Hello Marty,

Yes it would match well, although it would be very dark. Which could be a real hit for Halloween, although another alternative would be using a dark green (Forest Green) or similar, which would give a nice accent the the cedar.
